You've brought up some new and interesting ideas I hadn't thought of. Especially with the iTunes. I guess it's time to digitize all my old freehand note books. I do keep separate folders for lossless and mp3 as I don't want to pollute the trading pool. But I also like the idea of using notepad and then putting them into the show folders. Thanks, I guess I have my winter project planned out now.

Hah, your welcome. Be warned though, it can be a fairly time consuming project if you have an extensive collection of shows and notes like I do. It's entirely worth it though to have everything right at your fingertips.

Over the years starting with tapes and then CD's I've had several ways of cataloging stuff. I'm looking forward to trying some new things. I don't know about you, but the Grateful Dead always end up being my winter project. Seriously, it never dawned on me to use the comments section on iTunes or using notepad. This should be a lot of fun.
